Hey y'all,
I just wanted to throw a question out there and see what comes back. How much money would you need to start a restaurant with a small bar inside. I know there is a lot of variables to include in this so I will leave it open.
Another way to word this might be....If you could start over and open your restaurant again how much money would you set aside for this venture.
I ask this because I am looking that direction and just wanted some idea. We are doing competitions and catering right now and plan to go to full time catering in a year or so. We are hoping this will get our name and product out there. We like doing competitions because it keeps us on our toes.
Thanks |

I 'stalled' a little figuring the guy would come down a little..he did..10K...
I still hesitated. One day he called trying to 'push' me as he had another...""Buyer ", I declined. So ,some lady took it over, (for a lot less $ than I was going to put down).
5 months later..the soft-serve machine puked( 3rd time this summer), one fridge & one freezer junked out, they still don't have(& can't get) fire insurance untill that hood/ansul is changed, Then, the water lines froze & popped flooding the dining room 2 w
