I think that cop was way out of line by attacking that guy with pepper spray.
It is supposed to be a tool used as a less then lethal method for combative people.
Not a weapon to when the guy is not combative or threatening.

Or the guy must have had a crank hanging off him bigger then the cops nightstick that scared him.

So anyone think the cop would have used a taser too if he had one,

That amount of force is definitely not justified for that situation.

Sorry I just do not find abuse and excessive force used by most law enforcement to be very comical.

Harry, you got to be smokin crack dude.. The cop gave him an order and he disobeyed it, instead he decided to take a piss... Up here your get a night stick over the head for that. I am suprised he did not get shot as that seems to be the way "your" police forces deals with stuff. Shoot first and ask questions later.

Would have loved to see a tazer in the norton...

Now that would be funny..

Why is it that you only see brain dead, banjo pickin locals like this guy in the good ole USA...?? Dont think we got any here in Canada. Wink

I don't know Harry.....

I would have liked to see the cop Beat him with a nightstick! Do you really believe that the officer is suppose to stand there while the guy takes a piss? Personally I would have beat him within half of his life. That is a respect thing. I think the problem is, Most cops need to be able to beat you like your "daddy" did way back when.Or Shoot first and ask later! But that's just me I guess!

Or maybe they should be like they are up here in Canada.. Stand there writing you a ticket and verbally giving you what for.

Crap, I would have take a knee cap out with a 40 cal and then read him the riot act.

I would have tased his "crank", then pepper sprayed him in the face, and then tased him again just to make sure he understood that having his "crank" in his hand in my general vicinity was unacceptable. In fact, as soon as he said "my wife said if I didn't get her another beer she was gonna stab me in the face", I would have tased him right there-no questions asked. Cops - 1. Dumbass, drunk redneck on a Snapper mower - 0. LOL!!!!!

Seriously, that cop had no idea what the lawnmower man might have whipped out of his pants... a gun or some other sort of weapon perhaps? After he was told/warned -- 5 times -- to step off the lawnmower, I think the force used to persuade him to do so was justified. At the end of the day he might be a little bruised up, but he'll live.

Was definitely funny, but I think it was staged.

Who whips it out to pee on top of a riding mower(with alleged cop making threats) then toss a beer can in front of him, and what kind of cop would spray him for that.

In my teens, many, many, years ago, we got pulled while skipping school. Someone saw us steal a road sign. One of my buds decided to pee. The HP let him, but arrested afterward.

Alot if them, Around here we had a cop that was a little taser-happy, his last taser use as an officer of the law was when he tasered a stabbibng victim for refusing medical treatment. the guy was sitting on the curb calm as can be, and the cop tasered him. he was not under arrest, he was the victim, and the cop thought it was justified to use his taser becuase he disagreed with the cop.

The Wi Psycho-cop 20 yr old that shot up the 6 kids in Crandon really did not come as a surprise to me. yes i found it very sad, but not surprised by his actions. No how sad is that?

excessive force is way out of hand, and what makes me sick is that you people would do the same as the cop in the video or worse.

I truly hope you or a loved one never have the reality of being confronted by an abusive cop.

Well Jeez Harry, this was meant to all in good fun (with the exception of the idiot on the lawmower). Let's skip the political commentary...........

This guy was truly deserving in every sense of the word (and it WAS funny to watch)....... Unless you are of the mind-set that drinking in public while riding a lawnmower, and then trashing and pi$$ing on someone else's property is an acceptable practice.

My wife would kick MY A$$ if she found me doing that shizzle in public! Wink Laughing Laughing Laughing

If I caught someone throwing beer cans and whizzing in my yard there would be a real problem.

The policeman did the right thing in taking him out of the eye of the public and keeping him from hurting himself or someone else.

I’m gona have to agree with Harry on this one. Not to speak for Harry, but my impression of “you people” are the sadistic ones perpetuating the use of unnecessary force. It has become common place for law enforcement to use tazers and pepper spray in non-threatening situations. It is also becoming more common for people to die when hit with a tazer.

The cop could have let him finish his business and then arrested him for littering, lewd conduct, public drunkenness, and possibly DUI. It could have been done without incident if the cop acted in a professional manner. You gotta remember you can’t fix stupid, even with excessive force.

I say it was funny up till the point the pepper spray came out. The guy never threatened the cop in any way.

Well, for me that was funny as all get out, until I saw the last post.

Skateboard in a hottub. Where's THAT video Very Happy

Why not enjoy the video and the basic humor that it is? I enjoy the thread until it turned into political commentary. Isn't there a forum somewhere ELSE for that?

Too bad I don't have some videos from about 2am at Contests and some of the fun that happens. Remember the guy at Remington Mike that saluted me about 100 times? That was funny.
