Hey everyone, Wife brought home center cut brisket, I was just wondering if i could smoke it on my chargriller smoker with a side fire box??? If I can how long?? Can i slice it and grill it??? I would like to know today if i can,she wants me to do something with it. I'll take emails Thanks and have a smoking Thanksgiving....  |

are you referring to the "flat" only, with very little fat on it?
They are difficult to get to an edible condition without drying them out.
I have not had much success in the past with that lean cut, I bet you will get several answers in the general BBQ section though. _________________ Just remember that the toes you may step on during your climb to the top will also be attached to the a$$es you'll be forced to kiss on your way back down! |
