Yet another #2 team goes down (Oregon), so where are we heading this season?
LSU wins out, they're in.
Looks like if any of the 3 one-loss/undefeated Big Twelve teams win out, they're in. But it is possible that each of those teams can end with a loss coming from each other (Kansas, Missourri, Oklahoma).
OSU can still sneak in if the Big Twelve teams each lose.
Lots of other scenarios, including who knows what can happen in the SEC championship.
Oh yeah, if UT beats texas a&m, the Sugar Bowl may use them as an at large bid. Don't hate because of the reputation, build your own instead.

Adolpho -
You can thank my Red Raiders for giving your Horns a "second life" - at least for right now.... And a loss to OSU next weekend is not completely out of question for OU...
Bigger question is - can TU finish off aNm?
TTech - oh, what a team we will be, if we ever field a defense....

My how the landscape has changed again. Oklahoma goes down....Oregon goes down.....
Things look bleak for my Buckeyes, but it could happen.
I think Missouri will win out. I don't know if it matters though. I still think LSU is the best team in the country. I thought that before the season started, and haven't seen anything to change my mind. _________________ When all is said and done, more will be said than done! |

I don't know....OU could do the old screw Texas bit if Texas ain't careful. Now the rumor is Texas as an at-large in the Fiesta Bowl. Here's the hard part. Say OU loses and Texas wins, now Texas has to play in the Big 12 title game and possibly suffer a loss to either Mizzou or Kansas. BCS at-large bid would then be over. Then again, Texas may win in the title game if given a chance (remember the inaugural Big 12 Championship). _________________ "Tag line? We don't need no stinkin' tag line!"

I like the way you think!
I think KU's Defense may have an edge on Missouri but regardless the MU-KU showdown is going to be one heck of a football game on Saturday!
No offense to the Texas fans, but I'd like another shot at OU in the Big 12 Championship game. _________________ Traeger Lil Tex
