Im a new guy to the site and so far i am VERRRRY impresed. I have a bradley smoker and i am somewhat pleased with it. I like that it is easy and doesnt need lots of looking after. The one thing that i would change is that you are stuck using only their smoking "bisqits". Any info that anyone wants to share would be welcome.
Cheers and happy smokin |

| I use my Bradley when I want to smoke small amounts of meat & like it because you can pretty much load it up & leave it alone. I have never tried to use anything other then there biscuits to smoke with. |

I've done some playing about with some snuff tins... worked well with pellets. _________________

I have a 6 rack digital and love it. The disks are fine IMHO. Drop em in and let them go. Here are the official bradley forums. Many, many knowledgeable people over there.
