Reading a great business bok called "The E-Myth" revisited, Why Most Small Businesses Don't Work and What to do About It "by Michael E. Gerber . This is a book about what it takes to be an Entrepreneur. It tries to point out many of the pitfalls most small business owners fall into. Really great reading and a good speaker.
