Can anyone please tell me why it is sooooo hard to find a place that serves bbq BEEF ribs in the mckinney or in the dallas area of Texas for that matter.
I'm in town for a couple of days and no one can answer my question about why they serve just pork ribs.
I'm stating to think it could be a regional thing, but come on, I'm right in the heart of beef country.
