Grilling Recipes For Seafood

Ingredients

- 4 Lobster tails

- Half cup of butter (melted)

- 1 Tablespoon of salt

- Half a cup of lemon juice

- 2 Tablespoons of chopped parsley

- 1 Tablespoon of paprika (hot)

Method

In a large bowl combine butter, salt, lemon juice, paresly and paprika. Mix ingredients together and place the lobster tails in. Leave bowl in the fridge with the lobster for an hour.

Pre-heat grill to a medium to high heat and place the lobster on. Grill lobster for 8 - 10 minutes until done. This is one of my favourite grilling seafood recipes.

One of the best tips for grilling seafood I can give you is, once the lobster turns a creamy white colour it is done.

That just about the way I do mine minus the parsley and paprika. Do you leave the tail whole or split them?
