I am a memeber and I wonder how many people have carry permits. My wife and I both have permits. She likes her Berretta 32 and I like my Glock 26 9 mm. Just wondering.
Also I hunt deer and pheasants. I was supposed to go to South Dakota this week pheasant hunting and damn work interfered. |

| I have a 3.5 trigger on my glock and am very happy with it. I also replaced the recoil spring! |

I"ve been a Life Member of the NRA for the past 30 years. Don't have a carry permit yet, but I've got my eye on a nice little Para 45. _________________ Treager Texas pit

Not a member anymore, but have CC license. I have a Sig P229 all stainless in both .40 and .357 Sig. (Edit- sold the Les Baer SRP, BAR-10 and Walther)
Sold my D.E. .50 in order to purchace Smith & Wesson's new .460 S&W Magnum XVR. It won't be much of a conceal gun, but she'll go BOOM!.

Ya' know those things are much easier to hit if you let 'em land first. Then you just sneak up on 'em and shoot 'em.

Not an NRA member anymore. Just one of those things where I let the membership run out and keep forgetting to renew.
I own a Ruger P95, 38 Special and Taurus P-22. You'll have to wonder if I'm packing as a law abiding armed citizen. I won't let you know whether I have my CHL or not. _________________ "Tag line? We don't need no stinkin' tag line!"

No CCW licenses here in Illinois But if we did, I don't think I could get my desert eagle in my pants anyway _________________ life is too short to be in a hurry Slow down and enjoy the ride! |

Yeah, but makes explaining to the road check cop easier as to why you had it under the passenger seat. |

Never joined that I can remember. Never had a taste for pistols. Own a Ruger 10-22, an OLD Marlin 30-30, and a new Remington 700 30-06. I love to sit in the woods with it and take in the fresh autumn air (hunting I guess, but I never shot anything). I also like taking it out and making little holes in paper targets at 100 yds. I could do that all day, everyday.
I love to shoot. |

Lifetime member since 1998, paid annually before that.
I used to carry concealed when I lived in a state that had viable CCW law.
my favored weapon was my ole trusty Ruger GP-100 in .357, 4" heavy-barrel Stainless kept in an "Uncle Mikes" in-the-pants holster.
I only had to unholster it once in 7 years of Caryying it.
And now my favored handgun is my Desert Eagle Mk-2 in matte black, with the 6" & 10" barrels. I am adding a red-dot sight to it this winter. That gets worn in a left handed tactical holster when I am out frolicking in the woods with the bears. We like to visit the same blueberry patches.
We do not have a CCW option here, we came close twice, but the governor vetoed it, and then the veto override missed by 2 votes when a couple people switched sides. _________________ Just remember that the toes you may step on during your climb to the top will also be attached to the a$$es you'll be forced to kiss on your way back down! |

Harry is that a Mark VII or a Mark XIX? Also .50 or .44? I went with the .44 so I could still use my wrist in 10 years
I still have my charlton heston silver bullet on my key chain _________________ life is too short to be in a hurry Slow down and enjoy the ride! |

it is the Mark VII in .41 Rem Mag.
A tough factory load to find, so I do all my own loading for this one. I shoot facotry rounds through my .357 _________________ Just remember that the toes you may step on during your climb to the top will also be attached to the a$$es you'll be forced to kiss on your way back down! |

When I had my .50 I started reloading to keep the costs down. Well I tried to REALLY keep costs down and use more lead than my beauty wanted me to. Long story short she had to go under the knife a bit before she would cycle another round .LOL!!
Funny how bits of lead and gas operated pistol don't play well together. hehe. |
