I've been practicing more and more lately.
The best part is knowing that the "leftovers" get spoken for real quick-must mean sumpthin!
Tonight, it's ribs...3 racks of pork loin...I'm thinkin' of tryin a fattie as well,never done one of those. |

It was VERY well run. Had a great turnout and everyone ran out of meat from all the tasting going on at the Peoples Taster Choice Booth.
I finally got my scores! There was some confusion at the event, we were told to give it a few days and they would be emailed. They were actually printed out and available to all the contestents. We placed 13th in chicken, 7th in butt, 3rd in ribs. Overall we placed 7th out of 22 teams.
We are thrilled with the outcome and already know of some of the changes that need to be made. I will be posting our scores and pictures shortly to get some input, so please go over there and let me know what I did wrong and to you guys thinking of diving in, learn from our 1st round.
