| I am not too new to the Que. My step-father is a long time user of an Oklahoma Joe's smoker. I recently have purchased the WSM. I believe it will be great for me to begin on. I have heard of people using solely these for competition. Who know's, I may never upgrade. If anyone has any advice on using the WSM, let me know. I have visited the Virtual Weber Bullet website and found it very useful. I am always open to new advice. I am interested in learning the best way to maintain a long lasting fire. |
