I was wondering how a duel sanctioned contest worked. This answered it . . . had to be a pain. _________________ Tom

Congrats on a fine showing! That is strong, considering the number of teams. All of the comments I've seen on the contest say it was a great one. Isn't there going to be another contest in April at that same venue? _________________ Mike

quick question...What was the reasoning behind going for the dual sanctioning? And next year you are doing it on different days, did the 1 day 8 turn ins thing not please everyone? Just curious is all..
thanks |

The 8 turn-ins were ok,the reason to go to 2 days is so that they get more attendance of people at the venue. This event is a charity that raises money for autism foundation and doing 2 days will bring in alot more spectators and money for the charity. Our team didn't have any real problems getting all turn-ins,in fact it was quite fun and challenging ! This event is going to get bigger and bigger because of the venue. The venue is at a wild west town, sorta like Tombstone, and it has electric, water, resteraunt facilites, etc,. and tons of parking.I would bet that withing a few years we could easily see 100 teams for the event. _________________ "BBQ Bullies" competition BBQ team. |
