I find the traeger quite a bit quicker than any of the time guidelines others give w/ traditional bbq equipment. |

Just something I've learned on the CS and the traeger, heck even the old POS bullet; the meat can't tell time. Go by look/feel and you'll be better off, IMHO. 3-2-1, 2-2-1, Just a general guide. I personally think it takes a while to learn, but I'm also a slow learner.
