I love sittin in the backyard,smoker goin,cookin some nfl food,these pics are posted as i sit with a beer in one hand,laptop inthe other.Butts been on 5hrs ,beef ribs for three and a half hours in foil now,ABT'sready to go.

Lookin good. (well that depends on what team you're rooting for )
I did a butt, 15 thighs, ABT's yesterday. Smoked for about 12 hours staggering things as we needed to do it that way yesterday.
Today the only food on my menu is Beer. Rough saturday. Hair of the dog...  |

I did some NFL food too. Caught some of the games while hammering nails on the wood shed and putting some alder and maple chips on the coals.
I couldn't get the membraine off of these ones, but they were tender and juicey. I guess I should post the recipe for the rub I put on em.
I wish I could figure out how to post a picture on this site.

Beez,
Those are ABT's, stuffed jalepenos wrapped in bacon, lot of recipes for those down in the appetizer area and boy are they good, have a dozen on the grill right now getting ready for dinner. |
