| Hello to all my name is Bill and I live ine north western Wisconsin and I just love this site. I am new to the smokeing thing but learning quickly. I stumbled across a 1981 weber bullet smoker at an estate auction and picked it up for 18 bucks. Its a little on the small size but its worked very well and has gotten me a good start into smoking. Now every weekend my little smoker is going and the food has been great. So far I ve done chicken, cornish game hens, pork roasts, salmon and a brisket all of which have been getting better with each chance I have to cook. Thanks for all the advice and I ll beasking some questions. Thanks again |
