Just wanted to salute all the members, comments, and topics on The Ring. Excellent forum and information. Made 4 racks of ribs (2nd time i have ever fired up the smoker and made ribs) yesterday and only the well picked over bones remained.

I have to agree with you guys. I joined the ring sometime in June 07 and it has helped me tremendously in my competition cooking scores. Since I joined the ring I have won at least one award at every contest I have cooked in.. The ring has been real helpful to me in my quest to be competetive in k.c.b.s. and other contests of the like.
