Thank-you guys for all the kind words but the cookers are owned by the company we cooked for along with a bunch of new heavy equipment. We use them allot though for benefits that help people out around our area.
Thanks Boomer _________________ Life isn't about how to survive the storm,

| That there is alot of chicken. Holy smokes. How many people helped you take all of them off the grill and serve the people that were anxiously waiting. |

Thanks guys for all the nice things that were said. I'll try to answer some of your questions.
Bluesman
On the bigger covered cooker we could put 50 halves on each shelf at one time with 6 squares to cook on that let me do 300 halves at one time.
The smaller one we put 36 on a shelf at a time 5 squares probably around 180 at a time.
Thanks BBQMAN I'm with you, I could eat it everday.
Next time Bang Bang I will wait for a strong westerly stream to blow it over to my neighbors to the west or get a big D-mn fan. I put all the chicken in a vinegar and oil marinade.
Brae I had two guys pulling the chickens out of the marinade and sprinkling with rub on the backside I would stack the chicken on the trays and hit the front with rub. I wanted to watch and get a count on what was going on because things happen quick with two cookers going. When the chicken was done three of us pulled it off the trays and put it in coolers. I had three wheelbarrows full of charcoal going to replenish the coals. Also had two big strapping guys that hung out and drank beer that all they did was pull and put chicken on. They had 5-6 people serving the chicken cole slaw rolls 35 4" pans of quartered roasted potatoes and 100 watermelons cut at the pavillion.
At 8-9 three of us went back on the grills and did hamburgers and hot dogs don't care to see another one for a while.
Alien a WOW from you means allot.
Thanks SkyBob and all the other SmokeRing boys that replied that I don't know yet.
What did you guys think about the beer trailer my buddy bought it for 450
dollars lucky *^#$*$*$&. It hold 12-15 halves
My only problem was I was trying to pull it a little early because I know it was going to cook in the coolers more. We had allot of older people that like it falling apart. My partner took some past the point I wanted to.
I wanted to serve a whole half not pieces like were at the bottom of some of the coolers. I checked at least 5-10 pieces on each tray before we pulled them. I had three complaints some of the older ladies that know my mom wanted to take some home but we had none left.
