Hi all,
I'm planning on doing a few racks of beef ribs on my Chargriller this weekend and need to use racks. I plan on doing a few other types of meat at the same time so I need the space. How much space do I need in between each rack and how should I have them situated in terms of what end should be up etc? Thanks. |

I usually start mine with the bottom of the slab down and then at the half way point flip them end over end to finish them. _________________ I only believe in two basic food groups... Chili & BBQ

| You should have enough space between the rack to allow for smoke circulation and meat side down, at least thats how I do it.. |
