Hey All, we ('cause my wife is lovin' this too) live in Highlands Ranch, CO (south Denver Metro area).

We are the proud new owners of a Traeger 75 and can't keep it turned off!

I stumbled upon this website looking for a recipe for smoked almonds, and have already found a ton of useful info. Look forward to swapping stories with everyone.
