Howdy to all...JoBu here....a caller from Northern Alabama.
I cook only in the backyard events and recently won my first award for 2nd place ribs at a small local contest. My cooker is a Brinkman grill that has been modified by adding a seperate firebox and additional cooking racks. It ain't much to look at, but it gets the job done. Maybe one day i can get a fancy cooker. And maybe one day all my hair will grow back in too.
Glad to see a few names I know from some of the other forums. Hope to make a few new friends. _________________ JoBu. |

Welcome to the ring. I used to live in Decatur back in the 80's, I really liked that part of the country.
