Done with the piano hinge.

Refining the drawings for the firebox. Current design is a top loading firebox.
I was thinking it would be hard to load from the side since it's so low and I always use the top door on my O.K. Joe.

Specs:
22" square Firebox 10,648 S.I. (Feldons=9,240 S.I.)115%
7" intake 38.5 S.I. (Feldons=32 S.I.)
2-6" FB to Cook Chamber 72.0 S.I. (Feldons=85 S.I.)
Chimney 5.4 S.I. 3-1 1/2" holes

All cleaned up and the rest of the pipes and plugs removed. Going to get my flat bar and and hinges and hopefully rehang my door this weekend.

Deep South Just noticed you FB to CC was smaller than feldons calc. JM2C a little more room here is better than a little less...don't want to choke a good flow.

Agreed. I'm changing to a single rectangular shape to meet Feldon's calculations.
Picked up my flat bar and met my local steel sales people today!

Sorry for the delay. I got sidetracked building a project with my teenage son.

Back on track. I caved and ordered some laser cut hinges.
