A friend of mine just bought a new smoker.
Just curious what your thoughts are.
I'm thinking eliminate the pipe between the firebox and main chamber & make the opening a bit bigger?

| Sounds like a plan, that is definitely a choke point. Also I am not fond of the idea of having the exhaust that low, it makes for stale smoke and reduced air flow IMHO. Good luck with your mods... |
