Hope all you Ringers are safe & Healthy. I am just getting FAT!

Cooked for all the neighbors - Ribs, Brisket flat & Pulled pork. Used Pellet Envy "Zero to Hero" rub as a base on all the pork in this post. Oak Ridge Black Ops Brisket rub on the flat. Nice pops from all

Ribs

Pulled Pork

Brisket:

Pork Belly Burn't Ends - used the recipe from Backyard BBQ by Andy Husbands, brined for 3 days, smoked whole to 180 and then sauced, cubed.

Rubbed

Smoked

Cubed

Cubism

Get a bowl full!

Happy Smoking!

Good stuff!

Did you keep the skin on the pork belly?

(I think I see it from the pictures)

Good looking cook Snowsmoke!! Most of my cooks lately have been on the Primo or large Weber. Hoping to burn some sticks before too long. Take care and stay safe.
