If you want to be able to read it from anywhere in the world:
Thermoworks Smoke
If you are OK with a short range, as in visibility of the cooker:
Maverick ET-733
Personally, I gave up on the Maverick, because everything broke all the time. I have used a Thermoworks Smoke for a month or so now, and it seems to work better. |

I've been using a couple of Maverick 73's for about 8 years, and a 733 for a couple. No complaints. I can't say anything about any others, never tried 'em. _________________ Mike |
