Looking forward to connecting and gaining some input (possibly sharing a little). I've been lurking here for some time now and am amazed at the community that is here. I have been smoking for about 25 years. I built my first "Pig Roaster" about 20 years ago from a solid SS Fuel oil type drum. I've used it over the years to volunteer cater for many many events for Church, Family and Community events as well as for my staff at work. a few years back i got a BGE for home and have used that extensively as well. I am just starting a build of a trailer mounted RF Pit 60" CC with a trailer mounted Grill and Warming Box. I'll be posting shortly in the proper area regarding that as i have some questions i need clarity on. |
