It was 4 degrees F this morning when I fired up the Stumps, up to 7 now.

I gave the pit time to come up to temp (300) while I trimmed and rubbed the Wagyu brisket and when I went back outside the DigiQ was showing --- on the display, the fan was blowing nostop and the pit thermometer is reading 400.

I cleaned the probe, unplugged the AC and pit probe on the DigiQ... basically "rebooted".

15 minutes later the display is back to --- and the fan is running again.

Is it too cold for the DigiQ or is it failing?

Suggestions? This is an expensive chuck of meat and I really don't relish the idea of babysitting the pit all day.

I reset it again and now it's been running properly for a couple of hours.
