I love this post. Digging through the forums now that I have an Akorn!
How do you like it this many years later? Is it still holding up?

Beertooth, been a while my friend..
Yep it is still cooking great and has held up rather well unlike my old offset which rusted out real bad but i did get my use out of it.

yeah still around but dont post much at all anymore. I lurk and see what you all are up to from time to time.
Due to some changes in my life I dont do much cookin at all anymore and have not created a thing in years... 
right out of the cooking for a living thing as well.
