.250" x 24" x 48" cooking chamber

Has anyone run into deformation issues cutting 1 door in a chamber of this size????

Would I be better with 2 smaller doors and a support strip in the center, I like the idea of the 1 big door.......

I would do one door.

I have a cooker that is 48" long and it has 2 doors and I would definitely rather have 1 door. My 2 doors are just small and makes a confined area while loading and unloading. I would definitely only have 1 door.

1 Door it is then....

FWIW... the door is 36" wide, leaving 6" on either end for supporting the shape of the tube.
