My DIY custom Vertical Offset-ish BBQ Smoker
I Made this Smoker for a friend
Its an original design we came up with and I just got done
doing all the metal work on it. Took the better part of Nov.
to do. Not sure how well it will perform.
I did do a smoke leak test and as suspected I will be putting in a gasket around the doors so waiting for that now.
before i can do a real test with some meat.
I would like to get some opinions on what you guys think about it. So i made a 5min time lapse video to give you guys a look at the thing.
Any criticize-um welcome.
