I've always wanted to build a wooden smokehouse to do cold smoked foods. Both my fridge/gas smoker and my double barrel smoker require too much heat to make smoke to be considered "cold" smoke. I can modify either one easily enough, but was wondering if anyone made a smokehouse (preferably wooden) that could be used as both a cold smoker and a cooker.

I believe these pictures came off of this forum many years ago. I can't answer any questions on this wonden smoker as it isn't mine. However, the pictures sure do it justice!
