My wife likes a creamy coleslaw on her pulled pork and I tried to make my own last week which was a big flop. Searching through the site there are quite a bit of recipies so I would like to know anyone has tried or can recommend one? Thanks, Ken.

My wife and I have a few different variations on slaw. If you are looking for something creamy, I would think of a mayo slaw.
Start with a small bag of slaw mix (shredded cabbage).
Add 1 TBSP Mayo or salad dressing.
Add 1/2 TBSP Granulated sugar
Add Black Pepper to taste
Add 1 tsp white vinegar.

This is a very basic recipe. You can adjust this by adding additional measurements of the above ingredients to suit your taste.
You can make different variations by adding other ingredients such as 2 tsp sweet pickle relish, mustard, onions etc.
I usually add celery seeds to slaw when I'm making it for pulled pork.
I usually make a vinegar slaw for pork by using an equal amount of oil and vinegar and adding a little sugar and celery seeds.
I would just recommend making some slaw and playing with the ingredients until you get he taste that you are looking for.
The texture and taste of slaw will usually change a little after it has set in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

I hope this helps.
