Whatever happened to the saltines and peanuts of the years past? Did a little research and seems like alot of people feel the same. The saltines of today taste like styrofoam between two pieces of cardboard and the peanuts taste like wood pellets. I've thrown away boxes of both over the years because I thought I got a bad batch. Does anybody make a saltine that you can put peanut butter on and have it taste like the old days? Any good peanuts with salt? _________________ Our Offset Build |

Can't help with the saltines but do remember when they
came in a can.
Around here we boil goobers a lot. To make good peanut
butter just roast them in a single layer @ 350 for 15-20 min,
cool then into a food processor till smooth, add salt to taste... |
