Today we are cooking for one of my sons coworkers daughters birthday.
The menu is brisket, ribs, chicken and sausage. Debbie is also making dirty rice and four strawberry pies.
The brisket seasoned up.

Brisket on Bahama Mama.

Nice bed of coals on this Sunday Morning.

Good morning KAM. It looks like you were up and at it early this morning. That looks a great start to another fine cook. I am looking forward to seeing pics of the finished product. I know it will be awesome.

Kevin that is one beautiful birthday spread. I was licking the pan on that brisket!!When you think picture perfect brisket, that's the picture. I could smell it and taste it from here!! Everything about that cook came out beautiful. Looks like Debbie hit a homerun with the dirty rice and pies. I know you two made a lot of people have a smiley face!!
