Hello,
Im looking to purchase a cabinet style smoker and have narrowed it down to two companies Lone Star Grillz Insulated Cabinet Smoker or Meadow Creek BX50 Box Water Smoker. Does anyone have experience with one or both? I live in the Northeast so winter is a factor here and does one perform better in cold weather? Customer support and product reliability are real important to me any input on this would greatly appreciated. Please let me know if I'm off on the belief that these are good smokers to begin with. Most of the smoking I do is done on a Big Green Egg so there will be a learning curve here. The Lone Star has a propane attachment as an option to light the coals is this a good option? The BX50 has an attachment to attach a water bottle to feed the water pan is this a good thing or is it not really necessary? Are there any options that I should make sure I get? Thanks for anything you can help with.

Go with assassin smokers. Best smoker and Jeff is a great guy to work with.

Dmc, of the 2 you reference I'd pick the Meadow Creek because they are closer to you. New England is a LONG way from TX. They are both from respected companies and will do the job for you.
