I wanted to have a pre Father's Day rib fest.
Things seem to be progressing nicely...
UDS is loaded up with cherry and chugging along at 250°.
I do the 2-2-1 method. I needed to run to the store. My UDS would never let me down.....
When I looked at it the magnets fell off and the temp was over 400°.
Needless to say delivery pizza isn't that bad said no one ever. _________________ Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these Barbecuists from the slow completion of their appointed foods….. |

I buy new magnets every spring, and replace them as needed through the year, if they slide across the metal too easily they get changed out, I like them to hold on so they are almost a pain to move.
