Anyone done roasted corn in their smoker or oil less turkey fryer? Trying ideas for a fundraiser for the girls travel ball team

45 min of steam, and all 200 ears of corn are done! Will 'hold' for over 2 hrs if you keep the top on between serving! I have taken them out and rolled over grill for char, or set in smoker to get an extra bit of flavor on them!
