Debbie and I were asked to cook for a First Communion dinner for our neighbors daughter. The actual day is next weekend so we are cooking their two briskets today because we are competing next weekend. The other brisket is for a friend and sponsor the ribs and chicken are a practice run on our rub changes.
The briskets are looking Happy.
Man I love cooking on tuning plates. The #2 Maverick is the right side the black Maverick the left.
More pics to follow as the day progresses. _________________ Always remember slow and steady wins the race.

I found 3 Choice packers at Walmart yesterday marked down to $2.07/lb. Bought all three and look forward to a similar cook soon. Looks really tasty at this point. |

Well we got everything finished and we were pleased with the outcome.
Here is the chicken off the grill.
And the ribs.
The prime brisket.

That all looks great, Kevin
And if those briskets are half as good as the one we had, everyone is in for a real treat

Looking good, love the color on the ribs, and the briskets look juicy, without having to do the thumb squeeze! _________________ Here's a change Robert.
