Well you knew it was going to be. Any grilled sandwich is my favorite. Ham and cheese is #1. So 3 sandwiches 3 stacks of ham. Buttered rye bread with American and jalapeño jack. Wow these were great. Next time I will use a shaved deli ham for better texture.

Thanks, I am still learning. But having a great time. I will get back to my Big Green Egg and fryer once I have the basic skills down.
One thing I have learned is it goes quick so you need to be well organized. Have all the stuff you need on hand so as not to have to go back and forth to the kitchen inside.

I need to bust out my flattop.

Have you ever buttered the outside of the bread also, then
sprinkle with parmesan cheese?

It melts the parmesan into the outside of the bread. Mmm!
