300 x 5.33 x 2 / 16 = 200 lb
Or 300 x 4 x 2 / 16 = 150 lb _________________ Here's a change Robert.

That's a more ambitious cook than I've ever attempted. Most I've ever catered for (BBQ or not) is 75. Best of luck! |

Does that equal out to:
#of people
# of oz. Per serving
# of servings per serving
Divide by 16 to get pounds? |

300 guests
5.33 = 3 servings per lb
4 = 4 servings per lb
2 = 50% Yield
/ 16 for lbs

SoEzzy - Holy crap man! I work with excel regularly and I couldn't imagine how many hours of work went into that spreadsheet! Thank you so much for sharing that! Absolutely amazing!
One adjustment I did make to it though, for your consideration as well, is I tilted the 2 sections on line 15 and 83 at a 45 degree angle for easier reading. You can do this by highlighting the line, and then, depending on your excel version (mine's 2013) there will be an icon with a lowercase 'ab' and an arrow under it. Just a suggestion. Thanks again for this massive spreadsheet! _________________ WSM 22.5" |

Thanks Filson, there's somewhere around 670 hours in the spreadsheet, spread over a couple / three years. _________________ Here's a change Robert.
