Hey folks, I haven't made beef ribs in a long time, but was going to make some today with pork ribs.

I've always laid them flat on the grill, has anyone had any good/bad experience using them in a rib rack? I don't want them falling apart and the thicker meat has me worried they may disintegrate in a rib rack.

Any thoughts/experience?

I use rib racks for drying dishes and when I do A LOT of briskets [ on edge, seriously] cant stand them for ribs....YMMV, just sayin'.

I use them when I make a lot of ribs, right now it is just me trying to decide whether to use the offset or the UDS. UDS has more grill space, offset makes better ribs (easier to hold at a low temp)...

When I need to do more than 3 racks, I use two rib racks.

For the last hour, I put 3 racks flat on the rack and glaze them and either do the other racks on the gasser or wrap in foil and keep them in a cooler for later.

Ooohh...#2 pic looks awesome, feldon30! Anywho, for some reason beef ribs don't seem to like being put in racks (for me anyway).
