Start with baked pie, prefer fresh homemade but boxed works fine too.
Get smoker going to about 225

Prep pie top with about 1/2 shot ameretto and good dose of powdered sugar

Smoke with cherry wood for 45min to 1 hr, to taste. Did some cheese while I was at it, just enough room in little smoker.

Let cool a little and slice away. Very Happy Very Happy

super...i just love to know how many Degree? that you maintained the smoke...thank for that photos
