So woke up thinking I havent had a fried egg sandwich in a while. I fired up the Blackstone and we went to gather up all of the fixn's.
Cut the bacon in half and made up 3 bacon weaves for sandwich bread.
On to the griddle and under the pre heated presses.

Next up is the back buttered bread in the bacon fat, 2 with jalapino jack and one with baby swiss.

Under the Dome they went.

Next up, time to try out the egg rings. More bacon fat.

Next is the assembly.

And the finish. These were damn good.

Thanks for looking.

Awesome job on those. I have to make myself a fried egg sandwich every so often, just to keep my sanity. I think I'm going to have to make one tomorrow for breakfast. Wink

Nicely done! honestly, I wouldn't have gone with a bacon weave. Mostly out of sheer laziness. BUT, it really looks nice.

Great job!

And how did I miss the jalapenos the first time looking? That's the Coup de Grace, right there.. Nice to start the morning with a little kick!
