Just go. We got takeout and didn't eat for probably 45 min. to an hour and it was still some of the best BBQ I've eaten. Great, great brisket.

Shakopee, MN about 20 miles SW of Minneapolis MN.

Looks like you go directly down I169, (or I212 and pass it and come back up from the South).

EH...We went there with great expectations after our son went there and had good eats. The food we got was sub-par. The brisket was dry and the sides were old. This on a Friday at about 5:00 pm.

Mt son was floored, because the food he had a few days earlier for lunch was great. So I guess consistency isn't their strong suit...

Could be they are cooking overnight for lunch, but trying to hold it for diner... and failing!

Egads... especially at 5 on a Friday - everything should be up, sharp, fresh and ready to go... Sorry to hear about your experience.
