I haven't cooked that much sausage, what kind of sausage would you recommend? Thanks

I don't know where you are at, but, whenever I cook for my family and friends, the one thing that always goes the greatest is I smoke some Ekrich Farms Kielbasas. They go ape chit crazy for 'em, especially with a little Roxy's mustard sauce. They only take about an hour or so in the smoker........

Obviously you could do brats and stuff, but I think a standard Kielbasa is just as good.

I have used Southside Market Beef Sausage before. Allways gets compliments. They will ship from their web site.

We do a jalapeno / cheddar stuffed sausage...kinda a meaty reverse ABT....I have a local butcher make them for me, but have had some OK ones bought commercially [ GFS ]
