So being new to this, we thought we would do simple chicken fajitas. Actually turned out OK. Next time I think I will cook the chicken breast whole and then cut and serve.








The seasoning is coming in I think. But anything with a sauce or cheese seems to grab still.
I guess I will learn about temps and time as we move forward.
