Use Fried Spam!

Mmm!

I have had this two burner griddle for a while, but just started really trying to get it seasoned up good.

Had to fry some jalapeƱo Spam to go with eggs in the morning.

Very Happy

Whatever you do don't use most brands of breakfast sausage these days. They've put enough sugar in sausage these days that won't work. Mad

Much like the sausage not all bacon is great for seasoning cast iron. The sugar content in some when cured causes more problems then good.
If you have some bacon grease that will do great but I have cooked some bacon in CI that sticks horribly
