Local grocery store had standing rib roasts on sale for
$8.99 per lb. I got a little over 4lbs, my wife didn't think I
had enough so I bought another 2lbs and it was on
clearance for $5.99 per lbs.
I cut the 4lbs in half so the 2lbs would all cook evenly.
Added some rub and allowed to sit at room temp for about
an hour. Smoked with hickory wood.
I pulled it off the smoker at 145 degrees.
After resting it is time to eat!!

Awesome looking Roasts Smoldering Coals. A big ole dollop of horseradish on that plate and I would hurt myself. Nicely done my Man.  _________________ Always remember slow and steady wins the race.
