Okay going to watch the Falcons play the Browns next weekend. Will be arriving about 9am, then start heading to the dome about 11 to let the kids play at Falcons landing. My question is do you guy's have any good tailgaitng recipes for a quick good meal? What would you do in that time frame? I will be bringing a ketle grill along with me. Thanks for any opions. |

burgers and brats, buffalo turds, chili in a dutch oven, pre smoke some ribs and warm them on the kettle in foil. the possibilities are endless really. _________________ Jason

Rinngrizz nailed that reply! The trick to getting it done quick is precooking the long cook stuff and warming them up while you cook the fast stuff like burgers and dogs. |
