Found these here, maybe they can be cooked down into a glaze

I don't have one like you are asking for but here is a sauce recipe I picked up from another forum. You are welcome to it if you like. You could always delete the Ghost Peppers if they are not in your heat range. They are seriously hot, I touched a gloved finger tip to my tongue last week with Ghost Pepper juice on it and it heated up my mouth quite nicely... Shocked

Pineapple Hot sauce

Three ghost peppers
Four jalapenos
One cup diced pineapple with a half cup of the juice
One tablespoon sea salt or kosher
One cup carrots chopped
One white onion chopped
Half cup water
Six cloves garlic
One cup Apple cider vinegar
One Teaspoon cracked black pepper

Saute the onion and carrots (I used one tablespoon olive oil)
Process onion and carrots, add de-seeded peppers, pineapple, garlic, pineapple juice to blender or processor

Bring to boil then simmer ten minutes mix in water and salt
Process again to get ingredients into soupy paste
Bring to boil again, simmer five minutes, add vinegar and black pepper
Final step: bottle your sauce!

Try melting down some jalapeno pepper jelly and maybe mixing in some apple jelly if you have to have the apple flavor. Either or both glaze nicely.
