Went down to south La. to visit family this weekend and cooked up a mess of ribs, pork steak, abt's, and green beans for the family. The ribs were spot on, and the abt's were out of this world. We stuffed the jalopeno's with onion chive cream cheese.

Yes smoking Mike, I stuck to the 3-2-1 method to the T and they were perfect, clean bite through them and the taste was great. For some reason I just always preferred spare ribs over baby backs. Thanks.

Food looks great. Did you cook the ABT's on top of the ribs?

No I put them on top of the pork steaks cause I didn't have room left on the pit..LOL, after I wrapped the ribs then put the pork steaks and abt's on.
